How to Enroll

Log on to Asurion Benefits Central (the ABC) using single sign-on from Homebase. Or, access the ABC at asurion.benefitsnow.com or the Alight Mobile app (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) with your username and password to enroll in your benefits for 2025.

Logging on for the first time outside of Homebase? On the ABC, register as a new user and follow the prompts to provide the requested information to set up your username and password.

Following your enrollment, you may still need to take action. If you do, the required follow-ups will appear on a confirmation page.

There are also things you should do to set yourself up for success after you enroll.

In the weeks following your enrollment, you could be asked to complete a short, confidential survey about your enrollment experience. The survey will be sent from an Aon email address. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and help us improve your experience.

Once logged on to the ABC at asurion.benefitsnow.com, look for the “Need Help?” icon to ask Lisa, your virtual assistant, any questions you may have. Lisa can also connect you with a web chat representative and other helpful resources. For additional support, you can schedule an appointment with a customer service representative through the ABC. You can also call Asurion Benefits Central at 844.968.6278 from Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.
